Who Are We?
ChemE TL is a group of 6 individuals with a focus on increasing participation and projects in the chemical field. The group is led by 2 managers and 4 conveners. Our premier event, ChemExplore, is a platform for participants to explore and learn about the field of chemistry.
What Have We Done So Far?
The ChemExplore event was successfully concluded with final presentations given to Ravi Mariwala Sir. A total of 4 projects were showcased, which received positive feedback from industry professionals. The event was attended by 25 members who conducted sessions. This event has been a regular occurrence for ChemE TL, and the group has seen an increase in participation with more students registering for the upcoming ChemExplore 2.0, set to start in the 4th semester.
What is our Vision?
ChemE TL is planning to organize several upcoming events, including an Industry Visit, a Crypt Hunt, and ChemExplore 2.0. We are also planning to increase the number of projects from the industry, as the news of these events has already attracted the attention of several companies. With more industry-relevant projects, we anticipate a cultural shift within the group.
Who are we looking for, and what's in it for you?
ChemE TL aims to provide an environment for individuals to explore, tinker and create something great in the field of chemistry. Through our events and projects, members have had the opportunity to learn valuable skills such as Time Management and Man Management, as well as hard skills like working with 3D printers and other equipment. However, we believe that enthusiasm is the most important quality that members should bring to the group. Our audience will be provided with a platform to develop their skills and interests in chemistry and to come up with innovative ideas.
